Return policy - Sweden

You have 14 days from the delivery date to notify us of a return.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, without additional signs of wear, damage, or odors.

How do I make a return?
Email us at hello@vintagesphere.se with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Prepaid return label from us
We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and the cost (89 SEK) will be deducted from your refund.

Return in Stockholm store
Return your online order free of charge in our Stockholm store during opening hours and within 14 days of recieving the order. 

How is the refund made?
You will be refunded the order value minus 89 SEK for the return slip. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 48 hours of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Return policy - International orders

How do I make a return?
If you wish to return an international order, please email us at hello@vintagesphere.se within 14 days of receiving your package.

1. Email us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. Once confirmed, pack your item(s) securely and send back to us tracked and insured at:

The parcel must be shipped within 7 days of notifying us of your return. If this isn’t possible, please let us know.

You are responsible for covering return shipping costs and ensuring the parcel reaches us safely.

How is the refund made?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 48 hours of us receiving and inspecting your return.

We process orders quickly, usually within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are typically:

  • Sweden: 1–2 days
  • Nordic countries: 3-5-days
  • Europe: 5–10 days

Note: Weekends and Swedish holidays are excluded.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

During busy periods, processing may take a little longer. As a small, independent business, we really appreciate your patience and understanding.

Lost or Missing Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking, so you can see exactly where your package is.

If a parcel goes missing while in the carrier’s care and isn’t found within 14 days, we’ll issue a refund using your original payment method.

If the carrier confirms delivery, we’ve fulfilled our responsibility and cannot provide a refund. But don’t worry - we’ll help you file a claim if anything is damaged or missing.

No, we only ship to the Nordic countries and the rest of Europe.

We send your order with PostNord or UPS from Sweden. Your order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point. When shipping to other European countries, your local postal service will take over for the final delivery. 

  • Sweden: 69 SEK (Free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK)
  • Nordic countries (Norway, Finland, Åland, Denmark): 139 SEK (Free shipping on orders over 1500 SEK)
  • Europe (excluding the UK & Switzerland): 169 SEK
  • UK & Switzerland: 239 SEK

Please note: Orders shipped outside Sweden may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Multiple Parcels
Sometimes your order may arrive in more than one package. Don’t worry - this does not affect your shipping cost.
